Challenge update - week 2

Second week into my challenge and I feel great! I have noticed that I make more healthly choices and that my posture has improved. I sit, stand and walk taller and straighter every day, which is an un-expected but pleasant side-effect of me striving for my challenge goals.
Going well: avoiding the evil coffee machine, taking supplements regularly, laughing kindly at myself, flossing, biking, walking, reflecting over and being grateful for all the good things in my life.
Need to focus more on: stretching, balance and strength exercises, chaining perspectives and trying to see where the other person is coming from in stressful or conflict situations, packing lunch, finding Monika-time and doing fun things for me.
Off outside now to do some gardening. Have a great week everyone!
