Challenge update – week 1

One week into this Challenge and I feel good about the changes I am making!
Here is how the week went:
  • Packed lunch every day 5 days in a row!
  • Only had one coffee from the “evil vending machine”
  • Biked to commuter bus stop one day: Result: sore bum / happy mind!
  • Managed “Monika-time” both Wednesday night and Saturday afternoon! Followed a beginner’s yoga workout DVD at home focusing on basic postures and stretching.
  • Walked for one hour with my son sleeping in his push-chair in the lovely weather today (picture: the bridge in the background is the Öresundbridge, connecting Sweden and Denmark).
  • Thought about what I great life I have several times this week!











Next week I would like to improve on:
  • Regular flossing.
  • Taking my multi-vitamin & mineral supplement every day.
  • More brushing teeth standing on one leg – and other balance exercises.
  • Hopefully bike twice to the commuter bus stop.
  • More stretching.
