Challenge update – week 1
One week into this Challenge and I feel good about the changes I am making!

Next week I would like to improve on:
Here is how the week went:
- Packed lunch every day 5 days in a row!
- Only had one coffee from the “evil vending machine”
- Biked to commuter bus stop one day: Result: sore bum / happy mind!
- Managed “Monika-time” both Wednesday night and Saturday afternoon! Followed a beginner’s yoga workout DVD at home focusing on basic postures and stretching.
- Walked for one hour with my son sleeping in his push-chair in the lovely weather today (picture: the bridge in the background is the Öresundbridge, connecting Sweden and Denmark).
- Thought about what I great life I have several times this week!

Next week I would like to improve on:
- Regular flossing.
- Taking my multi-vitamin & mineral supplement every day.
- More brushing teeth standing on one leg – and other balance exercises.
- Hopefully bike twice to the commuter bus stop.
- More stretching.
