30-day Challenge

Here are my challenges:
- Stop drinking that terrible machine coffee in work. Drink herbal and green teas instead.
- Take my vitamin & mineral supplement every morning (instead of once in a blue moon).
- Take a 1 hour walk every other evening, come rain or shine.
- Stretch after the walk.
I am starting my challenge on a Thursday instead of on a Monday. Why wait until Monday? Hopefully I will have avoided some 8 cups of terrible coffee and gone for 2 hour long walks by the time Monday rolls around. Actually, I guess I find myself ahead of the game already. Yeah!
