30 day Challenge – for the second time.

I am now back from vacation and feel ready to start a new 30 day Challenge. This time I have decided to have many small goals, in order to feel good about accomplishing some of them.
Starting Monday August 10th here is what I will do:
AVOID the evil coffee vending machine in work
TAKE a multi-vitamin & mineral supplement every morning
FLOSS
BIKE to commuter bus stop twice per week (2 x 7.5K x 2 days = 30K)
ALLOW one evening per week for Monika-time (to work out, see a friend or ….)
BRUSH teeth standing on one leg to improve ankle strength and balance
LAUGH kindly at myself if I do something silly or stupid
TRY to put myself in the other person’s place before I think or say something un-kind
PACK lunch for work (and save about $7 per day)
