An efficient Saturday morning

Some mornings I am rather efficent. Yesterday was one of those mornings. By 10 AM I had baked lussekatter (Swedish sweetbuns with saffron), soft gingerbread squares with cream cheese icing and frozen lingonberries (aka partridgeberries in Newfoundland) and I had managed to shovel 4 inches of snow off our driveway. Then I took a well deserved rest :-)
