Challenge update - week 4
Gone well: did a 2 hour yoga class today - mind & body feel great!, packing lunch, walking, happy that I only visit the evil coffee machine a couple of times a week now instead of 5 times per day!?!, opened up a line of communication with somebody at work whom I have had conflicts/disagreements previously and the person was receptive to improving our working relationship, vitamin & mineral supplement is now a daily habit, went to the Opera house for an Open House evening with a friend, and being very grateful for the good people and the good times I have in my life!
Could spend more effort on: biking (must it always feel so windy here???) .... wow, that is really the only challenge task that did not get any attention this week.
Overall I am really pleased with the changes I am making. Thanks Holli for getting me into it and for being such an inspiration!
